Sand Stabilization at Marasi Central Park

Marasi is a 609,000 m² residential destination by Retal Urban Development in Al Nawras District, Dammam, built around the largest neighborhood central park in the Eastern Province.

Tathbeet was engaged to stabilize the sandy areas across the park's open landscape. By applying its polymer-based sand stabilization technology, Tathbeet secured loose sand surfaces around walkways, planted areas, and public spaces, protecting them from wind erosion and dust movement. The result is a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable environment for residents and visitors, and another example of Tathbeet's role in Saudi Arabia's most ambitious quality-of-life developments.
